I feel so honored and blessed to be working with Sheena Baker

I feel so honored and blessed to be working with Sheena Baker of CarMarc Realty who is currently representing me in a Short Sale of my home. I was elated when I found out that Sheena specializes in Short Sales and currently has an amazing team of experts in place including an attorney, who  exclusively handles the Short Sale process. Sheena came out to assess my home and advised me on what she felt the listing price should be based on comps. I was quite impressed with Sheena’s wealth of knowledge in the world of real estate. In addition, Sheena is personable, responsive, resourceful, respectful, considerate, patient, honest, transparent, a woman of integrity but more importantly, she genuinely cares about her customers!!! After Sheena and I agreed on the listing price, Sheena listed/marketed my home on January 7th and I received 3 offers on it in less than 25 days. I accepted one of those offers. We are still working through that process although, it is going quite well! In the meantime, I needed to secure a new rental place in which my Mom and I would reside so, I recently reached out to Sheena. My criteria was a tough one because, we were looking for a spacious Ranch Home which as some of you may know is like looking for a needle in a haystack!!! However, Sheena immediately searched her database for properties that met our criteria and sent 3 listings to me later the same evening. One of the listings was a beautiful brick ranch in our desired location which met all of our criteria. Sheena arranged for us to see it within a day. My Mom and I absolutely loved this property and communicated it to Sheena and her sells team AKA “The SheenaSellsTeam” who then spearheaded the application process. Sheena’s Team was also phenomenal (particularly Toya) in managing this process from beginning to end!!! We started the application process on the following Monday and was approved shortly thereafter. My Mom and I are proud to report that we moved into this very lovely brick home during the first weekend in May and we are still in awe!!! As for me and my family, Sheena Baker is our “Realtor for Life”. I would refer Sheena Baker with CarMarc Realty to anyone who is in need of a true real estate professional!! I can attest that Sheena sells and is truly an individual who can get the job done!!! We are so blessed to have Sheena in our lives to take care of all of our real estate needs and would encourage you to invite her to take care of your real estate needs as well!!!
